Smart Paint

When you toggle on the smart paint option, only the blocks that are affected by your current mask will be painted, but only if they are directly connected to the initial point of your edit, kind of like the fuzzy mask from WorldEdit.

You can toggle it on or off with this option in the main menu at the top right with Smart paint.
